Keisuke Ando Born in 1992 in Meguro-ku, Tokyo. After graduating from Keio University, he joined Recruit Career (now Recruit) as a new graduate in 2015. Working in new-graduate recruitment within the HR department, he experienced “recruiting at Recruit” firsthand before transferring to corporate sales. As a consulting salesperson in the new-graduate recruitment field, he handled Japan’s largest securities firm.
